Ogodeal guarantee that all products have been tested strictly and one by one before shipped, we make sure all screen is no dead point no dust all grade AAA quality on it. However RMA might still happen.
We offer very good warranty to our customers. All wholesale customers have 180days to return any defective products to us for store credit, replacements or full refund (up to 30 days).
1. Customs problem
During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in destination country, all loss should be borne by buyers.
2. Dead on Arrival
When you got the package, please check total products quantity first. Before your installation, please check both appearance and function of the products. If the products you received are defective or faulty, please let us know immediately, send us picture or video to check and return back to us within 7 days. If it's our responsibility we can change the defective products for the buyers and send it with your new order. If the phone parts without test firstly then have been installed we can't change new one for you.
3. Return Freight
Customers are responsible for the freight of return back, Ogodeal will undertake re-sending postage, and add replacements to your next order without any extra shipping charge. We will not cross-ship any defect return. In order to cross-ship a defective part, another part must be purchased or a refund will be applied upon receipt and testing of the defect part.
4. Return Shipping Method
We will gladly replace or exchange defective parts but will not be liable for shipping costs, custom duties or import taxes. Please ONLY use your local post service with tracking no to return. Don’t use DHL/UPS or Fedex / TNT. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China’s side. If package returned by DHL/UPS or Fedex / TNT, china customs might charge very high taxes even hold it, it’s not safe at all.
5. Return Process
What should I do before return?
•Write a return list
•Create a label of your name, address and phone no.
• Contact our correspondent sales -------informed return-----give the return list
• Packing well, put that label on package--- put low amount on customs report ( total below 50$)
• Shipped with your local post service with a tracking no.
• Give that sales tracking no.
(Pls note: All returns must be informed Ogodeal before return)
6. Return not accept
We don't take responsibility for situations as below:
• Broken Flex
• Broken Screens
• Cracked/ Chipped Screens
• Scratched glass
• Over Warranty
• Screens that are Not Ours
• Not have our stamp
7. Accessories Return
Accessories sold normally not accept return if no quality problem. If have quality problem please show us pictures or video, our sales team will check and make refund or replacements for you.
