A: We are in Shenzhen China, where Apple biggest assembly factory Foxcoon located.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: PayPal, T/T (Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer), and Western Union/MoneyGram.

 Q: How much is the shipping costs? Do you do free shipping?

A: Usually courier will calculate the freight fee according to both the actual weight and size of the package(s). We currently do not offer free shipping. For more details please check our shipping policy page.

 Q: How soon will you ship my order after finished payment?

A: Normally in 2-3 business days.

Q: Do you offer Free sample? I will buy more if it's of good quality.

A: Sorry but we don’t offer free samples. You have to pay for them. Since we don’t have a minimal order quantity it’s easy for you to do a trial order. Since we supply lots of repair shop all over the world, we believe we won't let you down after you do a trial order, we want to be your long-term supplier.

Q: What’s the difference with Premium Ori ,  Self Assembly, TM?

A: Generally speaking, depending on the materials used, the quality of the parts can be separated into different kinds.

Premium Ori: totally original, is the highest quality, which means the part is 100% OEM manufactured and assembled, brand new. Definitely best quality for use

Self assembly : is original  lcd with high quality glass and assembly by our factory. Very stable quality with resonable price. Don't like Chinese lcd kind, just use this one.

TM means Tianma brand:  Chinese tianma brand LCD with high quality glass assembled by Tianma factory, as Tianma is very stable quality with good price, highly recommand for repair shop to use this kind. 

 Q: Can you ship battery?

A: Yes, we can, we shipped lots of batteries. We have our special way to handle it if you need lots of batteries, but right now DHL, aircargo, hongkong post not allow ship any mobile phone batteries. If you want to buy batteries please contact our sales.

 Q: Did you test every piece of it?

A: Yes, each screen and even flex cable is double tested by our guys.

 Q: How’s your quality guarantee?

 1)  We offer 180 days warranty for our products. Please test the goods asap once you get the parcel. If you find the defectives, please keep and contact our sales for address to send back to us, after confirmation we will send you replacement at next order.

 2)        If the goods had been used and there scratches or appearance damaged, or flex broken, then no warranty. Please be care of the flex, if the broken flex may cause lcd or touch not working.

 3)        Please be clear of our label (stamp), if the goods don't come with label then no warranty.

 4)        The warranty only covers manufacturer defects, No warranty for Man-made damage, Install damage is no warranty. 

Q: How many days later I can get my package after payment?

A:  We ship items after payment 2-3 days. normally we use DHL so total you can get goods 5-7 days after payment is very fast for you

Q: What can I do with wrong items delivered?

A:  Please contact us within 48 hours after you got the package. We need pictures or video to confirm if they are wrong. We will send the right one immediately and provide address for you to return those wrong items, please make sure it is same condition as it arrived and not damaged during return.
